Aditya Institute of Management was established in 2009. Aditya Institute of Management is managed by Aaditya Educational Foundation which is also the founder of the Institute. The Institute offers orientation and teaching methodologies as per the latest trends. It also provides professional development modules like self-assessment, aptitude mapping for identifying and stimulating one’s growth plan. AIM has Tie-ups with reputed organizations for Placements. This institute is affiliated to Pune University and is approved by AICTE & Government of Maharashtra. AIM will be offering post graduate courses in the uprising sectors such as Retail, Agriculture, Food Industry, Project, Construction & Infrastructure. As it is a newly formed Institute it's Infrastructure Facilities are in progress.

The Computer lab consists of about 100 Dual-Core Machines with broadband connectivity to the Internet and Intranet. AIM also has an exquisite Lab that is fully equipped with all the devices/material including high-power computers, headphones, projectors essential for learning and development.

AIM lays special emphasis on the need to maintain a balance between studies and co-curricular activities. In order to maintain this balance, it is essential to not only be academically strong but also be actively involved in activities such as organizing seminars on entrepreneurship, publishing in-house journals and magazines, participating in various competitions, etc. AIM encourages forming informal groups and clubs to create a platform where students can freely voice their opinions and exchange ideas.

AIM will thrive to assist students during their recruitment process, after successful completion of their course, to ensure that they get the best work opportunity. The placement cell at AIM staffed with experienced professionals and executives shall arrange for placement interviews. AIM will also facilitate students’ preparation through planned pre-placement workshops and activities that would be scheduled throughout the course duration.  AIM is in the process of having tie-up with a number of corporates for Campus Placements, some of these are Wipro AXA –Business Services, ICICI Prudential, Vodafone etc.
