There are two mediums for Manipal University Admission 2020, which are:
Manipal University Entrance Exam 2020 – For admission, Manipal University conducts entrace exam for admission in numerous courses. The exam is called as MET / MU OET and is held in a window of multiple days and slots. It is generally conducted from April to May.
Manipal University Direct Admission 2020 –The University also grant admission directly, on the basis of qualifying exam criteria. Candidates can check the Manipal University Admission 2020 Exam Date and Admission criteria.
Manipal university has announced the exam date and it will held on 29 May – 05 Jun 2020.
Manipal University Admission 2020 is offered in the now Manipal Academy of Higher Education deemed to be university, erstwhile Manipal University. The different institutes under MAHE offer admission to its various programs through the Manipal Entrance Test (MET) 2020, departmental tests, and national level entrance tests.Candidates who wish to study in MAHE need to first fill the Manipal University application form 2020 before the last date, then do slot booking and download admit card for their exam, appear in the Manipal Entrance Test on scheduled exam date, check result, and attend counselling.
Application fee:
For the Indian Nationals (All Category) application fee will be Rs. 600 and Rs. 1400 for examination fee. Whereas, the application fee for Foreign /International/ NRI / NRI Sponsored category candidates is Rs. 2500.
The application form for MAHE is known as OAF, or the Online Application Form.

Eligibility Criteria For Btech in Manipal Institute of Technology
Citizenship: Indian nationals.
Academic Qualification for B. Tech: Pass in Class 12 Exam, A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent.
The applicant must have passed 10+2 or Equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or any technical vocational subjects as optional.
The candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Mathematics and any one of the optional subjects.
There is no minimum age requirement for the student to appear in MU OET 2020.
Academic Qualification for B. Tech (Lateral Entry): The candidates should have done 3 years Diploma in Engineering granted by the Board of Technical Examination of a State Government.
Eligibility for B.Tech Lateral Entry Admission under various categories
B.Tech Lateral Entry Admission under General Category: Admissions are offered based on rank in the All India Manipal Entrance Test (MET) 2020.
B.Tech Lateral Entry Admission under Foreign/NRI Category: Admissions are offered based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
Note: Candidates can apply for B.Tech Lateral Entry admission under both General and Foreign/NRI categories. Change of category from Foreign/NRI to General after admission will not be entertained under any circumstances.

But on an average, Mechanical and allied companies offer a package ranging from 4–7 LPA for core which may go up to 9–12 for non-core, CS/IT usually have a high starting package of 12 LPA but that's not the case with all companies, Civil has around 5–8 LPA, while Electronics/Electrical has a wide range of packages starting from 5–8 LPA for core and 9–15 for non-core.
