The proposed Achutha Institute of Technology will be a Multi-Category institution, is the foundation for the establishment of a premier private trust working in the field of education. The institution will incorporate the best practices and experiences of other premier institutions across the globe.

Karnataka as a whole is moving with supersonic velocity to emerge as the industrial education hub. Within Karnataka, Bangalore is becoming the fastest growing industrial city. There are so many large-scale industries set up in and around Bangalore IT majors like Wipro Technologies; Infosys Technology etc. have already entered in a big way. Hence there is a lot of potential for competent technical graduates in Bangalore. Therefore the proposal to start an Engineering college at Bangalore outskirts Sri Achutha al Trust® is the right move in the right direction.

Our motto is to Place the students in the companies of their choice. The right job in the right company. We have placed more than 80% students during this year academic year. Our objective is to achieve 100% placement through academic excellence and training on employability skills as per Industry standards. Our students are working in many reputed industries and performing extremely well in their companies. We are helping our students to develop an entrepreneurial spirit in them during their stay in our Institute. We have established Pre-Incubation centre in our Institute to help our students to do innovation which finally leads to entrepreneurship. Pre-Incubation Centre gives all the guidance required to set up a start-up our students. Many funded projects are taken up our students. Placement department takes the responsibility of counselling students and parents during their admission to our Institute and also in shaping their personality to make them perfect engineers of future.

We have a dedicated and committed team of faculties in the Training and Placement department under the efficient leadership of Training and Placement Head. A separate HRD block with 300 seating capacity auditorium, 4 Training Rooms, 04 GD rooms, 05 interview rooms and control room is dedicated to the placement activities. A dedicated computer lab with 60 systems connected in single LAN to conduct online assessments and corporately related aptitude tests is also available for the placement related activities.
