Infrastructure : The college has a good infrastructure. There is e LCD projectors. The canteen gives a variety of food and it is tasty as well.
The hostel facilities are great as well. There is a pantry consisting of a hot plate and a microwave, on every floor.
LCD TVs are also there on every floor. There is a Coffee Day Express outlet which stays open till late night, a study hall, games like badminton, chess, carrom, snooker and basketball and a small tuck shop. A doctor was also available in the hostel premises.
Faculty : The faculty team is highly qualified and knowledgeable. They are helpful and can be consulted anytime. Presentations and case study methods were used for teaching.
A class had 60 students. There were various industrial visits and guest talks. The course offered us various specialisations in the field of marketing, HR, entrepreneurship, environmental studies, finance and international business. The curriculum gave us a holistic view of the subjects.
Placements:
SCMS has been ranked 1st in the country for placements. The college has a dedicated Placement Cell and maintains a Placement percentage of 96 and above. The college is regularly visited by companies like PwC, KPMG, Amazon, Wipro, ICICI Bank, etc. International placements are also provided. College also provides the students help with Internships, Research projects as a part of its corporate connect.
Internationalization:

Bachelor of Business Administration or BBA is a 3-year professional undergraduate course in Business Management, the minimum eligibility for which is class 12th from a recognized educational board with minimum score of 50%.The course is divided into six semesters and comprises variants like BMS, BBM and BBS.

Policy of admission against vacant seats under reserved category :
In case some seats remain vacant due to the non-availability of suitable candidates in the category of reservations then information about the number of vacant seats in each category will be reported to the Symbiosis International University and with the permission of the Vice-chancellor, the seats will be reverted to the general category and short listed students will be offered these seats.
Placements in Symbiosis College
The placements of current batch are yet to be decided, but previous batch got 80% placements. The highest package offers was 8 LPA and the lowest was 5 LPA. The average package was around 6-7 lakhs per annum.The companies like KPMG, P&G, Amazon etc. Those companies sat for the placement process conducted by the college and were all looking for the students who could fit in the managerial roles that they have to offer. 100% of the students got the internship from the college as a part of compulsory credits for the same.
The internships were provided in various NGOs in Pune. Transport was also provided for us up to the location of the internship.
The Placement rate for the year 2019-20 was 96.68% which is by far the best by any undergraduate college in India.

Faculty :All the faculty in the college are masters and PhD holders. They have many years of experience, and on coming to the course, the course given by the SCMS, Pune is different from other colleges. They also provide specialisation in particular department, as no other college has this option in India. It also provides extra languages as well as law and design subjects to the students.
Symbiosis Entrance Test For BBA
Symbiosis Entrance Test is the entrance test for admission to various undergraduate programs offered by Symbiosis International University. The degree programs include BBA, BCA, Hotel Management, Liberal Arts, Economics and Mass Communication. The mode of the test is online. There are a total of 240 seats in Pune campus and 180 seats in Noida campus for BBA program for an academic session. The test is conducted in the month of May every year.
Eligibility Criteria – Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from recognized boards, with an aggregate score of minimum 50%(GEN).
Selection Procedure – Students who clear the cut-off score as decided by respective institutions move to next round which generally involves Writing Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI).
Exam Pattern – SET (General) into four sections –General English, Quantitative Ability, General Awareness, Analytical and Logical Reasoning

Symbiosis International University is conducting the SET Law 2018 on 05th May 2018. The Symbiosis Entrance Test law or SET Law/ SLAT will be held in as many as 21 cities across India.
Admission process in Symbiosis Law College
Admission process Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) followed by Personal Interaction and Writing Ability Test of the shortlisted candidates. Final selection shall be based on the combined merit list of SLAT score (50%) and PI-WAT (50%)
Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT):Symbiosis Law Admission Test shall be conducted at different centers across the India. SLAT will be an online admission test for 150 marks. Structure of test includes 150 questions for 1 mark each covering Logical Reasoning, Legal Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning, Reading Comprehension and General Knowledge. A total time of 150 minutes shall be given to candidates to solve the questions.
On declaration of SLAT result SLS, Pune will publish the list of shortlisted candidates who are eligible for PI-WAT process.
PI-WAT (Personal Interaction and Writing Ability Test):PI (Personal Interaction):Personal interaction/ interview of shortlisted candidates will be conducted by panel of experts from Industry / Academic.
WAT (Writing Ability Test):The test includes writing a short essay on a given topic.Maximum score for PI-WAT will be 50 marks.

Campus Life
The campus was recently shifted from S.B. Road to the viman nagar campus and the constructed and effective building is huge, although it is not a funky campus or anything. Pretty simple, and you can even say kind of boring but the campus life is pretty great. There is no hostel for boys, and even for girls it is not compulsory to live in the college hostel.The extra-curricular and co-curricular activities are actually the soul of SLS - Pune and there are various cells which operate and carry out all kinds of activities possible.The mindset of the faculties and even the students who come here is very liberal from what I've come across, and people do not hesitate to speak up for what is wrong. The institution is headed by a Woman, so you can assume that there is hardly any gender discrimination.The student Council is an active committee and is completely managed by students.
